BENEFIT CONCERT IN SUPPORT OF THE WAR AMPS CHILD AMPUTEE (CHAMP) PROGRAM
September 27, 2018 – After a sold-out inaugural year, David Connolly and Taylor Long are back to present BOTH 2.0, an annual cabaret fundraiser in support of The War Amps Child Amputee (CHAMP) Program. David and Taylor are double leg amputees and Graduate members of the CHAMP Program. They will share their personal stories of growing up in Nova Scotia, discovering their love for musical theatre, and navigating the ups and downs of living with double amputation.
War Amps PLAYSAFE/DRIVESAFE Director, Rob Larman, will be on site to explain how proceeds from this event will be used to provide amputees with financial assistance for the cost of artificial limbs and programs that will enhance their lives.
